Al Ponte Mocenigo

The hotel, overlooking the peaceful Rio di San Stae, takes its name from the private marble bridge that provides access to the property and leads down into a characteristic private courtyard. It is said that Count Alvise Mocenigo, before he became a Doge of Venice, used this bridge for his trysts.

During the summer season, guests can have breakfast or sip on an evening drink in the courtyard, surrounded by flowers, columns, ancient statues and friezes.
